badlands again this saturday if anyone is interested- if i dont have my yellow 400ex ill have a black and red predator.. hope ya go im meeting some other buds there we'll be in the lower parking area..

I was thinking about going to the Badlands this weekend but I'm wondering how flooded the place is. If I go it will be on Saturday and I'll be taking my Stage1 Baja and my 465EX. It's been a couple of years since I've been to the Badlands....do they have a area to drag race yet?

not flooded i was there last week perfect!!! and plenty of draggin spot theres only like 1100 acres there

im glad exmoms horse is freindly -he came over to our parking spot i didnt know if he was goinna eat us or what-then my buddy went to visit a tree and that dog goes in right behind him to see what he was doin he was scared chittless at first that dog must weigh 3 times what he does

I'm planning on going to badlands first time on Saturday. Just got my first quad and I'm looking for other riders to hook up with and have some fun.

for a first time unless your going with a very highly expierenced rider with 4x4 and a winch stay off the orange trail. i would try for your first time the dunes(the ones after the bottom parking lot, also right next to some sweet *** hill climbs), green trail, or the dunes behind the gate and at the top parking lot. there are jumps there people have hit and they soar and also some nice hills to climb. just stay OFF THE ORANGE TRAIL

nope sorry cant make it this weekend. we are going to pick up the dualie. i think my dad will let us go next weekend to the badlands. i know for sure i will be going the week of my birthday and thats in November so you can count me in then. also I LOVE the X-6(it is isnt it). i wanted one of those but when i bought my 400ex it came with a R4 and i like the power gains from it and since im getting my motor work from Curtis Sparks im debating wether to keep my R4 or go to the X-6

i love it lots more horsepower! ive only had it a week so im gettin use to it still- tends to wanna try to get away from me-ill have kids next weekend so i wont go but im out there all the time im sure ill bump into ya sometime! that pipe is really loud though:eek2:

I was there last weekend and all the woods were flooded. I like their trails, but they were under water. Everything else was fun though.

yea when it rains for awhile around there it floods. it has flooded quite a few times up there

From what I've heard, and seen in mags that place looks pretty cool.

I've always wondered if it would be worth the trip. Not sure if I'd ride a thumper or a 2 stroke either?

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it out there this season, but next season shouldn't be a problem. (Running short on vacation days)

If you ever wanna go riding in my neck of the woods also, just let me know.

I think badlands is probrably about 7 hrs from me. Just had some relatives from illinios stay up here to do some riding. Was fun.

I'll let you know ahead of time if a trip gets planned.
