grease joint on upper front A-Arm BROKE!

After looking over my quad I noticed that the grease joint\boot on the front right upper A-arm was broke, their is a slice in it and the grease was coming out. Can the boot be replaced? Their is no way to refill the grease is their no grease zert? It looks like you can pull it off and push another one back on but I don't really know. How important is this? Thanks

mine has been busted for two months now and had no problems,i think you have to buy a new a-arm because that ball joint is made into the a-arm,,try servicehonda.com for a price,i don't think they are to expensive
