flywheel

ok. my starter keeps going out, so i pull the case off and beat the crap out of it with a impact wrench and get get it off so i can get to the one way gear. then it works for awhile......but why cant i get the bolt out of the flywheel. i got 140 psi for the impact. cant get the bolt to move a mm. any ideas?? btw its a 300:confused:

Is it moving the fly-wheel so that the nut is spinning the whole thing. Other than that all I can say is get a stronger impact wrench.
