Yamaha Blaster: totally rebuilt in the winter of 2001-2002, most of the parts were added then unless i noted otherwise below. Im moving up to a 400ex.
The Mods are as follows:
Engine:
Ø Pro-X top end bored .020 over by East Coast ATV (August 2002)
Ø FMF Fatty Pipe/Power Core II Silencer
Ø Barnett Kevlar Clutch (August 2002)
Ø New Transmission & Seals/Bottom end Overhaul (May 2003 About 10hrs or less on new tranny!!!)
Ø K&N Air Filter with Outerwear
Ø Keihin 28mm PWK carburetor with custom air boot
Ø ECA Reed Spacer
Ø Aktive Carbon Fiber Race Reeds
Ø Removed Oil Injection (32:1 Premix with 93 octane)
Drive:
Ø 13/40 Gearing
Ø O-Ring Chain
Ø TM Designworks Chain slider
Body/Suspension:
Ø Reinforced Frame and Swing arm
Ø “Monte Carlo Yellow” Frame by Gene’s Collision Repair
Ø “Radiant Fire Red” A-Arms and Swing arm by Gene’s Collision Repair
Ø Maier Front and Rear Fenders (Red)
Ø Durablue Eliminator Axle
Ø Works Dual Rate Front Shocks w/Shockwears (180lb rider)
