OMG. You seriously need to learn how to do a brake job. I cant believe you paid $100 for rear brakes!!!
Take a few bolts out, crank a C-clamp on the piston, put the new pads on, pump the brakes......and your done. I cant believe they charged you over $70 in labor for rear brakes.
Dont take this the wrong way, just trying to save you some major cash.

sound like you got a sticking caliper.i would change it if i were you because it will wear pads out quick if it is sticking.a piston in a caliper should take little force to push it in.

Your emergency brake adjuster needs backed off in order for the piston to move back

Simple solution to prevent headaches. Go order yourself a new CR 250 clutch perch, matching lever and a block off plate. Rip off the stock clutch, perch and e-brake crap.....throw it in the trash can. Put on the block off plate where the e-brake crap was and put on your new lever and perch.

just put a clamp on the piston to push it back in...not very hard...

But if you don't loosen the adjuster the piston won't go back in.
