what tool do you guys reccomend cutting the front fenders with? how do i get that nice smooth finish? thanks

cut it use a sawz-all (sp?) smooth it use a block sandpaper

i used electrical tape...tin snips...then sand paper...then a torch to make the tips red again

one of my friends used a hacksaw and a jig saw on his. he said the jig saw worked better and easier.

i used a roto zip , big mistake.... then i got a dremel much better

black electrical tape, Jig Saw, Sander, and a propane torch. turned out great ill post pics when i get home.

I used a jigsaw with some special (expensive) blades. If you look at most jigsaw blades, the teeth flare outward to alternating sides. The blades I got are flat or flush with the body of the blade. They make a much smoother cut and don't "grab" the plastic while you're cutting. Then, use a vibrating sander or just a sanding block and paper to roll over the sharp edges.

when i helped my friend do his we used a jig saw and some fine sand paper, but if we did it again after the sand paper i would use a torch to smooth them out good.
