can you take it back or get your money back. get rid of it and just get mozilla. its a internet browser. like netscape from a couple years back. comes with a built in popup blocker. download it at. http://www.mozilla.org or http://www.mozilla.net not sure which one it is. when you get it downloaded tell me ill show you how to enable the blocker

If you have win98, go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information. Click the tools tab at the top. Run system file checker. It might find it. You might need your Win98 disk.

go to the folder that the blocker is in take the .dll files and drag them into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32..this may work

type that exact .dll file into google, and you will come up with several sites that you can re-download and install that dll..

i get that once in awhile from some dled program that used a dll ive lost on my comp, and i just go and dl it with the package, or by itself.

Id try what sga said, he deffinately sounds like he knows his stuff.:)

what led you to purchasing one ?

If you check cnet you can find several that are good for at least 30 days, and may even be better than the one you purchased.

There are MANY on cnet.

When i find one i like, and the 30 days runs out, i just uninstall it and reinstall it.

if you make sure it doesnt delete the download package, you can just reinstall and it will work for another 30 days.

If the one you bought is worth it, then just keep it maybe, or send it back.. they all kinda work the same and 25 seems kinda unnecesary to pay..?

Nah, not really. I just beat on the dumb things with a hammer till they work :scary:
I should have said run scan disk first. ( just the files and folders, not the surface scan ) That cures alot of problems right off the bat. I do that first if its giving problems. Then I know the system files are ok before going further.
