hole in sidecase!

my chain came off riding today and opened up an old hole in the sidecase. i had a pinhole size gash in it that i fixed with jb weld earlier this year. now it is the size of my thumb! Any ideas on how to patch this one up? I do not want to jb it again if it won't work. Thanks for any info you reply with.

Try to find a reputable TIG / Alum. welder in your area. They might be able to fill the hole, or if you have the broken piece, weld it back in. TIG welding in itself is difficult to do well, so don't just bring it to Billybob's Welding and Farm Supply, find a good welder. :) Good luck!
