Dang. Same thing happened to me a few days ago, only a bee got me on the lower forearm by my elbow. You got more of a reaction than I did though.

The best thing you can do is to take Benadryl and put Benadryl Cream on it. The Cream will help stop the itchin and pain associated with it and the Benadryl should stop the swelling and allergic reaction to it.

Hope that helps, and hope ya get over it soon.

Ouch! cortisone cream works good. Benydryl, etc. I got hit hard by several wasps earlier this summer. The big red ones that build under eves. Mud works good in a pinch.
I live near the ocean, did ya know meat tenderizer works good for jelly fish stings?

I always pour clorox on my stings as soon as i can and it will stop the pain and it wont swell. It works for me anyway.

Make sure to take plenty of Benadry like the other's have said. I've had good luck mixing Baking soda and apple vinegar into a paste. It helps relieve the pain and draw the stinger out. I've tried the toothpaste, mud, and tobacco thing and it just doesn't work as well. I've been told ammonia can counter an allergic reation to any type of sting so you may want to try that as well. Good luck..

Take the tobacco out of a cigarette and moisten it (spit/water)and apply to the sting,Clorox works well also.
