What gains do these provide? Are hardened rockers needed?

The xr 400 cam is a stock cam in the motorcyle motor. Same motor as the TRX. Just a slightly better cam. Probably not a large difference in power, however will gain some. Beings it is a OEM cam It would not require hardened rockers.
