What are the specs on these cams and what does each one benefit from?

I got this from the faq forum, but I have no idea what the numbers mean and if its top or bottom end ?? somebody wanna help me out?

yea I just found those a little while ago but I need help reading them.

considering the duration statement I assume the first ones are the torquiest and gain more top end as you go on the list? I assume the longer the duration the more top end power the cam makes?
