ive heard people talking about cracking and breaking their hood, like i have done, and sending it to quad tech and them shipping a new one out.I was wandering if they had a warranty of any kind. thanks alot. please correct me if im wrong.

i think they will replace them if you leave their sticker on the hood. hey free advertising for them so u gotta give em props

yes, the sticker is still on it but the hood is broken and was wandering if they warranteed them because ive heard they do.

i think that only feathercarbon does that with the sticker :ermm: not posotive though :confused:

e-mail quadtech and ask them about their warranty options if they have any. im pretty sure though if you leave the sticker on their they replace them but you pay shippin

I have 1 year limited warrantee if you leave the sticker on and depending on the situation. If you smash in to a tree or race with it then the replacment rate goes down.

right now i'm lookin around for some hoods, the quad tech carbon fiber scoop really caught my eye but its a bit pricey

the 400ex black carbon fiber hood, i thinks its been a year though :( but it cracked cuz i hit the back of another quad and it flipped, not racing, but just foolin around.

can someone please tell me really how u mount the hood? also is a 250r hood harder to mount cuz i like the way it looks the 400 looks funky cuz it gets fatter towards the back. Also how do u mount them without any screws or stuff showin?
