what can make my quad pull to the left and when i turn it it like twist upwards to the right ,can it be a bent spindle.

it could be a few things...low left front tire....bent tie rod....i dunno about bent spindle but that could prob do it.....check those first

If you had a bad crash it might be your a arms o frame, chck everything PVT. Magot said too.

Check you tire pressure, tie rods, alignment (this is usually my problem), etc. Start little and work your way up - you will find it!

It could even be your bars, if they are bent you might just think its pulling to the left..?
