I ve heard of people taking out reverse and putting in a 6th gear in a 250ex. i no it sounds stupid but would it work. i dont think so.

the only person i have ever heard of doing this is tc racing. This was for his 250X motor that he built. The motor had dual lectron carbs. and 6 speed i think it was a 365 but im not sure.

It's something like that, they take reverse out and put a sixth gear in. But not the 250ex :o

How do you shift into sixth gear? Just normal shifting, or do you have to shift it into "reverse"?
