what do you think the best tire size is for my 300?

depends on what kind of riding you do. but if you want them to look good i think 20's look better.

if you get 20's and want to keep stock acceleration and top speed you will need to get a new rear sprocket, like drop 2 in the rear, or gain a little bit of top speed and get a 14 tooth front, w/ the 20's you will gain a little bit of top speed over stock with a 14 tooth front, but if you keep the stock gearing and get 20's you will loose top end and gain acceleration

not all companies make the tires the same too, it may say 20 but it may be 21 inches, just so you know, some people may make them right on though
