MUST READ...Quad totaled today.

..Get this chit.
I was sitting around watching T.V. and i hear.
EEERRR..SCURR...KHFDSd-BOOM!!!

This guy in ran off the road into my front yard,
I ran out with the phone, some water, towels and stuff,
called 911, The guy wassn't hurt too bad,cut his head a little ya' know....
I scratched my head...where tha' fk is my quad?
I parked it rght here...:confused2 :scary:
I found it pinned between his truck, and the Oak Tree he ran into.
Ahh man..the deveil came out ya'll, i saw him he looked like this :devil: ...
The driver was drunk, so i did my civic duty, and beat his ***.
:macho I hit him in the head with the handy bar's,
(witch i found about 30 feet away)

The police came, and guess who got arrested...;) me.
Took him to the hospital, and me to jail.
Then they brought him to jail :D
ahh ooo--...i got a couple more licks in.

How's the quad?
totaled. a complete waste..i can salvage the bumper's, the foot pegs, the left front shock, The carb, and the electrics.
maybe a few engine parts. (the engine is cracked from case-case)
the quad is 6 inche's wide at the tank and a-arms .
Axel is bent into an "S". It busted through the left wheel hub, and stuck into the tree. the left nerf hit the tree, and bent up flat aginst the motor, the right one is untouched.
The head pipe might be salvagable,
but the slip-on is trashed, muffler bearing everywhere.
It hit so hard, s fast, my gas cap blew off, i still hvn't found it.
Wish i didn't have a plastic tank,...maybe it would have sprked, and blew te gy's truck up.

...anybody need the parts i have left?
...You can have em', pay shipping, I Quit....Tire's are still good, but th rims are trash.

Oh yeah....the driver is uninsured, and drove a pos datsun pick-up. if i were to sue him i'd get a pack of cigerett's

Man ya'll, my quad, was a good 30 feet from the tree.
and the tree is well over 100 foot from the road.
...give's you som idea on how fast this dude was going, and how hard he hit...sounded like a cannon went off.

Ole stepped out of the truck..stumblin', beer can's all over my yard.

thats the worse thing that ive ever heard happen to a quad. ithought my dads old quad looked bad when he totaled it after hitting a boulder and rolling it about 7 or 8 times down a paved road maxing out the throttle on it. he had to be goin at least 40 mph:eek2:

maybe theres hope man...330exman (i think thats it) got in an accident with his 300 on the back of his truck. it was totaled and insurance payed for the quad..dont know the full story tho..ill send him a link and he can tell the story. the girl who he got in an accident didnt make it tho...

i had the same thing happen to me man

i had my four wheeler in the back on ym truck and luckily i didnt have the yz450 or "r" in the back but i didnt have one of my tricked out 300ex with over $10,000 into it and i had it to work in the shop alittle on it well i left that day may 1st at 1:53 to get osmething to eat. i pulled out into the main road after seeing two cars come and all of a sudden a car whipps out to pass a van well instead she slammed me head on going over 65mph

the 4 wheeler flew out of my truck after breaking 6 straps and slmming the back on the bed into the drivers seat and flipped over the truck and almost hit a girl seeding her lawn.

i just picked my head off the steering wheel and shook it wondering the the hell just hapeened. i kicked open the pass. door and ran over to check on the other driver. it was a 37 year old women who was oreviously paralized fromt he waist down. she was driving with one of the hand control levers. she had an engine sitting on her lap cause the car folded up so bad and he head was laying ont he steering wheel. she was making slow movents with her mouth and had blood everywhere along with the classic deer eyes.

she was taken out with the jaws of life and then flown to the hospital wher e she sat in a comma for three days then dies.

it turns out she was 37 years old with no family and had two prior massive brain injuries.

both sad stories but same thing

i lossed one of my precious babies as well

if i didnt feel so bad for her i would beat her too

You can always sue him, but since you beat the crap out of him, that kinda stuff doesn't look good in the eyes of the court.

But if you hadn't hit him, you would have probably had a good chance at winning the case.

the bank will have to pay you and then the bank will take and take his house, land, vehical or whatever

that is if you sue

but you should be all set cause his insurance should cover other vehicles or objects of things involed int he accident..

so i woul dbe giving his insurance a car right away and or get a lawyer

Yep, It's called liability, boss! Even people that just have pl/pd insurance have to carry liability, personal injury & property damage on their insurace - that's if this bum had any. If he did you should get a lawyer & go after his insuracne company. BTW, I'm guessing you're back in the pen since you haven't responded;)

The drunk dude didnt have insurance...anyway, insurance is overratted. Take his *** to court, shouldnt be a problem there...what if you were riding your quad in your yard and he hit you? tell that to the judge:ermm:
