Will 250r arms and shocks fit on a 250ex?

I was thinkin bout seein if my stock arms and shocks will fit on my sisters 250ex just for the heck of it, I was wounder if anyone has ever tried this before?:confused:

I know 300ex a-arms fit on a 250ex and 250r/400ex arms fit on a 300ex. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO YES But the shocks are alittle different. If you put on 300ex shocks you need a spacer/washes on the top or bottom (forgot which one) shock mount. A little trimming on the shocks to, but very little.

u will have to move the upper shock mount for sure.

no, you don't have to with 300ex shocks they are very close to the lenth of the 250ex shocks. With 250r/400ex shocks YES

I am going to try but i just wanted to see if anyone wanted to see if anyone had tried it, well if there is ANY sort of moving brakets or grinding shocks Im not going to do it, but what if i put my r arms on and used the ex's shocks? Ill try and see, j/w!:confused:

Well ill experement, if it still has the same amount of travel, but sits lower, that would be better, it will be a flatt-tracker!:devil: :huh It will look different thats for shure!:D

are you guys 100% sure the 300ex a-arms will fit on the 250ex. i am pretty sure that the top a-arm on a 300ex is and inch wider than the 250. but im not 100% sure either

I'm not 100% but when I was switching over to the 400ex front end my cousins 250ex was next me and we were matching the arms and shocks up from my 300.

Well it will be about a month befor I get my arms and shocks, so it will be a while, but ill measure the two today, i think it would work!:ermm: I bet it would, i think it would look sweet lower to the ground and wider!:D

just see what size the 250ex front shock is and the same with the r cus imigt just put r shocks in the front instead.

NO NO NO!!!!! The upper A-arms on a 300ex are a little wider. The bottoms are the same though. The 400 and 250r arms will fit a 300ex but not a 250ex. Dont even bother trying. I already looked into it and they would not fit. Sorry;)
