E-series jetting with Dyno jets

I have a 300ex with a uni filter and im putting on a white bros. E-series Pro-Meg complete system. I have a dyno jet kit. I heard the Dyno Jet sizes are different than normal sizes. What size main I need to do for this setup? What other changes need to be made to the carb?

i would follow directions in the kit. try what they say. adjust your needle down one or two clips and adjust your air screw for more flow.
