Oil Change Problem

I was changing the oil in the 400EX and I ran out of 20W50 Oil I have the same oil(gn hondaline) in 10W40, would it hurt if I filled the rest of the tank up with the 10W40 when the the other 1 3/4 tank is 20W50? Here in Florida the tempeture doesent change much.

I think I did the same thing awhile back... mixed 50wt with 40wt. I don't recall any problems, nor did I feel uncomfortable about doing it. I hope this helps.

It's not something I would make a habit of. But to answer your question, no it will not hurt anything.
