The other day I went ridin (about a week ago) and now that I finally got my new sproket and chain and all I went to crank the 400 up today, and the gas is on and all,but it won't start. Its like it ain't getting any spark.

I will try to take the plug out and to a test to see if it's sparking. Also what size is that plug? (18mm?)

And also if it is sparking, then what can be the problem? I mean i didn't touch it since the last time I went ridin? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the run switch next to the starter button,,sometimes that gets kicked over in the off position and no matter what you do it won't start,,been there done that.

Also if your somewhat low on gas turn it to the resivoir just to make sure.

Hey thanks Rico, but I checked that its on run. I am mad!

Also some Maveric at school says his 2000 DS650 will run 150mph and he clocked it. He says its Bored .100 over, has a Graydon pipe, and Has stage 1 NOS on it. Is this true?

to get the plug out without the honda tool can be kind of a pain. It is 18mm. What I do is take a 3/8 rachet with a 3" extention and a dep well 18mm socket. The first time can be tricky. Take the extention and the socket together and get them on the plug. Attach the rachet and crank away. As for testing the plug, make sure you put the end of the spark plug on an exposed metal surface like the side case. Make sure it has real good spark. If not, replace it.

Sounds like mine. I went to start it last night after changing my Oil and it won`t start. I just got done trying again and nothing. It has to be the Spark Plug.

Thats impossible. The biggest, fastest quads can only go 120 and that would be in a top speed run not a drag.
