07-08-2003, 11:38 AM
all thats left is touch up paint and trim work....and to level a few doors. the difference in house value from before will be about $35,000:eek2: so i think it was worth the hard work:D

My dad & I did 99% of this... I hired the rough plumbing, carpet installation & drywall finishing. The rest I did myself.

Looks really good everone! Dont feel alone, i have been working on the house just about every night and weekends for 6 weeks now. Some major projects. I said I would finish this SOB even if it kills me. I mean finished. Paint, trim, put the tools up and sit down finished. Almost done, very close. The new electric circuits are ran, fans/lights are up, painting is done, doors are in place, mini blinds are up, gutters are up, garage straight, yard looks good, privacy fence is up, patio almost finished.
I figuire if I keel over, the house will look nice for the visitors paying their respects. :ermm: I'm heading outside now to finish the yard side gate I built.
