my quad stock had a 122 jet in it, now it has a 118 with wb header, hmf slip on, and k&n with no air box lid. i might change it to a 120, i belive my needle is on the 3rd clip
here is a pic of it

how loud is that exhaust, the HMF? i have a cobra right now, with the powroll oversized header. I want to get a silp on that is a little quieter, and was either thinking the hmf, or the pro circuit t-4. Will the powroll header work with these two exhausts? tha nks

the hmf is quiter then the cobra, but not that much, it would be alot quiter if you get the quite core also, yes it should work with the proowel header.

i don't understand how you went down on the mainjet with the mods you have????
also, just buy the keihin jets from a dealer or somewhere equivalent. if you buy the honda ones from the dealer you will be paying much more than the keihin jets. the keihin jets are the exact same thing as the honda jets. also, the jets kits are a waste of money in my opinion.
