Uhh I usually dont see 400exs drivin down the free way. I belive only a few states in the US actually let your drive street legal ATV's.

pa is one of thoese states. there is a 350x that is street legal. you need turning signals. mirrors. mud flaps. hoosier tires. the street ones. not really sure on the rest of the stuff tho. try google

I asked OKLAHOMA D.P.S. why can Imake a XR 400 cycle street legal, but not a 400ex. They are both ORVs with out titles, and the same type engines. The inspector refered me to DPS legal they basically said because we said so. Sux

pm streetlegalex.......i think thats it, he made his street legal and he needed title, lights, insurance, tires, and all this other stuff but his insurance was hard to get if i remember.......it was in a thread somewhere, maybe do a search

as for the pipe, depending on your pipe, it probably isn't much louder than a lawn mower or weed eater, or a semi truck, or when the new hemi raps out...........i heard one rappin out the other day and it sounded good, but didn't seem to pull away much from the person he was trying to pass....:p
