I understand that, but generally would you have compression low and rebound high

It just depends on your valving and spring setup but thats a good place to start

I've been thinking about this and was wondering if you mean lots of rebound dampening or lots of rebound as in no dampening

on just comp adjustable shcoks i would say a little comp to keep from bottoming out but you should do that anyway if you vavlving is right.

gothcha...thanks! How about preload? Reason I'm asking all this is I'm trying to setup the YFZ shocks for the next Mid-South race cause I'm going to have to use the stockers till I can afford the Elka's:D
