miss on landing

Went yo the dunes yesterday and we set up a race track I was hitting this jump 4th gear and every time on landing my bike would splutter then pick up and go again anyone else had this problem Im thinkin maybe float gettin stuck but really dont know were to start ??????

ur probablyh landing w/o havong the clutch pulled in & its just hitting the ground in too low of a gear...doesnt really sound like a prob....try pulling the clutch in right after tyou hit the ground & it shouldnt sputter

yeah dude, your hitting the ground in to HIGH of gear probaly, cause the sand will bog it down

I dunno bout u guys but when i land a jump i like to be on the gas! try shiftin down in the air.

that happened to me yesterday when I was on my way home from riding... I jumped some dudes drive way and landed and it sputtered and than picked itself back up. Than about 100 yards away I ran out of gas:rolleyes:
