If your looking into buying one I have a 1999 400ex for sale. I wouldnt buy new because you end up losing so much in the end.

you will get a good idea of what you should be paying new or used.

Well I'm not exactly looking at buying one right now but I want to within the next year and I have been looking at a few autotraders and so on. I was just wondering how much a new one was running. I have to finish paying off my recon I want to sell it and get a 400ex. I'm gonna try and talk my brother into selling his :rolleyes:

Yup I love my recon but I'm starting to push it to and beyond its limits when Im driving with my friends that run 125cc motocross bikes. I can't wait and I love driving my brothers ex and think it would suit me a bit better then another utility or 4x4. Though I would love to have both, an ex and a 4x4 for hunting and mudding in the spring but that just isn't going to happen.
