I'm selling my firebird. What does everyone think I could get out of it?
1996, auto, V-6 w/performance package, fiberglass ram-air hood, TA nose, 85k miles, power everything(except seats), newer 255/50/16 goodyear tires, t-tops, sony cd player

I'm thinking about trading it for a 2002 c-dale blaze, But I still owe $5500 on it and dont think the bank will let me trade.

Honestly, Drew, I wouldn't be trading in a decent car on ANY Cannondale. First of all, you can't even get parts for them anymore except from the people who horded all the parts that WERE available, knowing what was going to happen with the motorsports division. I don't think the bank would even loan you any money, knowing that what you're wanting to buy is pretty much going extinct. Your Firebird will be a classic someday..... Cannondale will only be a memory at best.

And FYI........ banks use NADA values to make decisions on loans, etc, not Kelly Blue Book. You can look up your own used car prices through NADA just like you can at kbb.com.

A few of my friends had Cannondales, and they both "hot potatoed" them as soon as they found out about them going bankrupt. One sold his the day before the announcement that they were auctioning everything off as salvage. Talk about good timing!
