i broke my right front shock today (july 4) i was just trail riding not to fast and i turned and my rear tire came up off the ground so i stopped and looked around and seen where the shock connects to the lower a-arm it broke right off! now i am looking for shocks i need to know the price for stock shocks new and some cheap aftermarket.

will 300ex works shocks fit my 87 250x where the mounts are?

a 300ex an 250x are the same quad.. so yes it will

on rocky mountian atv they have works front stocks for $295 is that per shock or is it for both fronts? how much is new stock front shocks?

Yeah, don't buy stock shocks. OEM parts are $$$$$$$. The stockers are $300 for one and $600 for a pair. Go with Works!

the same exact thing happened to my 300ex, but it happened when i was mildly jumping

go on ebay and buy some stock 300ex or 250x shocks for practicaly nothing

Yes 250x/300ex shocks do sucks. I had a couple break down at the lower mount. protraxrptr17 how much do you want for those works?

ok the first post was from july of 03 so i think the guy has already bought some new shocks by now.

probably but why do they break like that? my friends did that same thing
