I have been using this stuff from Wal-Mart called Orange Blast, it's in the automotive cleaning section, and it is amazing. Hose down the bike, spray it on full strenghth and let it sit for 5 minutes, then hose it off. My white plastic was stained where my knees rub the tank so I sprayed it on let it sit then scrubbed it with a wet sponge and it came clean as well. It's just like having a pressure washer with a regular hose..give it a try, only $2.87 for a 68oz bottle.
