need help i'm retaded

i can't downsize some pics i want to post of my bike.i had a guy downsize them for me yesterday but now i can't take them off of the thread he done it for me on.i am wondering if i can email them to someone and you will downsize it to the correct size for me to post on this site.hopefully someone will help me out. thanks BILL
