Computer guys, I need help.

Well I set up my new server today. Now I'm working on the FTP server. The box is running Windows XP Professional, and I'm looking to use GuildFTPd v0.999.9 (www.guildftpd.com). What I want to do is set up an Anonymous user, so people can download files (music, games, etc) via FTP instead of HTTP, so its faster. How would I do this? I run a Linksys BEFSR41 router.. My AIM is hondafox400 if you wanna talk there. Thanks..

Go to the IRC network,and check out the BOTS on the Warezcentral network......talk to some of the administrators there, they setup bots all the time.

I set everything up according to the site, but I don't know the URL to type in in IE to access it with anonymous. The URL is quadstop.com, and the anonymous main folder is quadstop.com/pictures/pub. What would I type in in IE?

ftp://anonymous@quadstop.com/pictures/pub ?

Yarrrrgh. Doesn't work through FTP. Any ideas what the path should be in GuildFTP? I have the user set as this - name : anonymous / no password / user type : anonymous. When I click the link it shows a user is logged on in GuildFTP, but I can't see any of the files, and I get a 550 No Permissions error. Any ideas?
