Stock carb needle and air fuel screw settings

I want to set my carb up back to when it was in tock form and don't remember what position the clip in on the stock needle and how many turns was the air fuel screw?

Also when I originally installed my jet kit I accidentaly unscrewed the peice where you mount the new jets on and then screwed it back in but it might be a little off, can that affect the way the bike idles or runs in any way?

the clip was in the middle position, and twisting the jet connector thingy wont do anything just make sure it is snug.

Air fuel screw is 2 1/4 turns out stock.
