I was wondering what a lot of you guys run for aftermarket handlebar brand and bend, and what would work good and be comfortable. I know there are a lot of different bends out there, and many of them are just fractions of an inch difference in height, pullback, width, etc.....do they make that much of a difference with the difference in these categories?

No. It doesn't make that big of a difference. Basically, people come in different shapes and sizes, so you can pick bars that fit your body and style of riding. I chose Renthal 787's. They're a little more forward and a tiny bit lower than stock, but a LOT stronger. I have a +1" stem, and I love the way it feels. My bars are angled just slightly forward of in-line with the stem, since a lot of my riding is done standing up, and I'm 6'2... just get some decently strong bars and play with the angle until you find what you like.

I had an unusual set-up but EVERY person who ever sat or rode on my quad said it had the best ergos.

Pro Taper RM 125 bend on a Houser +2 steering stem w/ anti-vibe mounts. I also had a Wristrester on it and they really work.

Thats tommy's quad. Im pretty sure he said they were 400ex bend. I personally cant compare the two bends because tommy and I ride with our bars in complete different positions. But for racing i would recomend running a cr high bend bar. Since you are tall i would definatly go with a taller bar.

sat my bike with stockers right next to a EX with T-2 CR double highs and the Tag big bar clamp, the stockers were still at least an inch taller. I want mine as tall or taller then stock so I think I'm going to go with a +2 stem and T-2 CR dbl's

I really like my Trail Tech bar/clamp set up. Feels just about stock height, and a little wider. They're really comfortable, and I'm about 6'3". Best $130 I've spent in a long time.

Thats why I bought the Pastrana FMX bend in Pro Tapers as that is the tallest Pro Taper Bar and I am 6'2" and needed knee room at full lock.;)

Universal cr hi bend fat bars. My bars are about a inch higher than what they would be though because of a bar mount kit and now they seem about perfect but the entire stem feels like it needs to be moved forward and the pegs down and back. BUt then again this is coming from a person who is 6'2 or 6'3:confused:

I tried Rocky Mountain ATV but they woulda charges about $20 for shipping.... so I got mine from Dennis Kirk for $80 with no shipping charge.

Dude, it's a cigarette lighter / outlet. If you get a Y-adapter, you can run your radar detector and your cell car charger at the same time. You should get one, Pep Boys sells 'em for $199 I think.

Dont be a gypsie like my friend and buy the cheapest things. Save up and buy one of the better brands, cause the Moose, and Tusk bars will bend by simply casing a jump. Whereas my Tag X-5s didnt bend at all when I rolled the quad after a jump.

You can save up $50 more and buy a brand of handlebar that wont bend at all, or be a gypsie and buy a $20 pair and have them bend during normal trail riding.

i have the tusk bars from rocky mountain, i only live 20 mins from them and i felt and looked at all bars and the tusks are really nice..... i got the atv bend because i am 6'2" also and really like them.... i have gone off jumps at least 40 ft and they have held up great.... my friend has renthals and when his bike rolled the bars stayed straight but it bent the steering stem, i would rather have cheap bars and replace them after a rollover than have to replace the expensive stem, but havent had a problem with my tusks bending so i am happy
