someone had said that you couldnt run 4/1 rims with jrd arms that there wasnt enough clearance because of the balljoints, but these bolted up great

hey mouse, they look real nice dude... lots of guys down here are using jrd joints to replace worn ones on Roll stuff. Roll specifies the 4:1 and there's no probs on the interchange.

The reason why those bolted up so easy is because those arent Douglas's 4/1's. The only 4/1's Douglas makes are Shamrocks.

how much are the JRD b joints? my rolls are starting to get some slop in them, and roll wants like 180$ for a new set

The only beadlock 4-1 Douglass makes are shamrocks. The rolled edges come in 4-1 also as you can see.

i dunno why ya'll are so hyped bout jrd ball joints, my bottoms on my jrd were shot after 3 months, almost siezed up, it was like trying to turn with 3 dampners on your quad set on the hardest setting.

yes iv called him 3 times and left messages all 3 times and he has never called me back and that was bout 3 weeks ago. Another thing i had wrong with the a-arms,is i had to grind on the shock mount because my rebound nob would hit it and it couldnt screw down all the way.
