Well another bad story...

Well I have a friend that rides a RM and hes pretty good, and i was going to ride with him but earler that day he was jumping his 50-60 ft doubles doing a superman and crashed and broke his jaw in 3 places, he is going into sergery today and should be home by friday possibley. He had to be flown to Portland Oregon wich is like 250-300 miles from here! He doesnt have any neck or brain damage! But he is missing a few teeth. So wish him a speedy recovery and good luck!;) Thanks!!!!:)

he's lucky it's nothing really permanent (brain damage, paralysis). hope he doesn't get discouraged from riding, good luck to him, i'm sure he'll be back at it in no time

Wow that really sucks! Seems like a lot of people are getting hurt lately, I think we should all take a bit of a lesson here and settle down a bit... I know I have been going harder at it too, hitting jumps and doing wheelies...

if he truly loves the sport he wont quit... even if he cant ride again he will still find a way to be involved in racing and riding..... I wish him the best of luck and a speedy recovery and I hope hes on a bike before he knows it.

At least he didn't break his hands or feet, he can still ride with a broken jaw. I had a broken jaw, if they do to him what they did to me they will just put these brace like things in your mouth so you cant move your jaw so it can heal. No big whoop.

Well thanks guys! I talked to him today and hes doin good, he said he can ride within 2-3 weeks, so that gives us time to work on jumps!:D But he has to go in for sergery in the morning, so wish him luck! :)
