View Full Version : Jumpin Problem
To make my question short ill give a brief description of my ridin. I ride on my dads farm and jump jumps that i build. I constantly bottom and am looking for new shocks. (P.S. 30ft-50ft doubles etc)
Will works triple rate steelers w/rez bottom out on an occasional flatlander or an over jumped double? I savin cash for another 4 wheela so i dont wanna spend to much cash. Steelers or PEP "Standard race shocks"????
PS If i get the PEPs or Works i am going to get the rear that they suggest with it.
Sorry its Long but thanx A LOT!

Those works stadium series are good shocks that are cheap. They have some kind of system like zps. They're only about $550 i think

where can i read about those stadium series??thats sounds interesting
Shocconnection.com has them and there $590.00 a pair,,,
And to help with your question rider411,,,I run the works steelers and the only time I bottom mine out is when I do like you were saying landing out in the flats and that's when All 4 wheels hit at the same time,,,now if I keep the nose up and tap the gas right before I land they soak up the landing with no problem,,,the steelers will do the job just fine but if ya got the extra 100 bucks go with the stadium series,,,I really don't know what the difference is besides were the rezzy is mounted..
Also theres a guy in the classified section selling some stadium series shocks.....
the difference in the stadium series shocks and the normal steelers is that the stadium series lower the bike for better cornering and still have the full travel for jumps.

I would go w/ the stadium series, if you have the extra $100.

well, shocconnection/motojoe doesn't do it. I couldn't tell ya what to do now. You have it revalved as zps, i think that's almost the same thing the stadium series use
