I don't want fiberglass or carbon. Who all make plastic hoods? Got pics of them on a 400ex? Thanks!

You can get a plastic 250r hood from Maier i think there around 20 bucks. Sorry I don't have a picture but i plan on getting one here pretty soon.

Like this, but they're kind of a pain to put on. You cut big holes and use big washers! ;)

Mines a 250R smoothy hood. Lots of fabrication to make it fit and look good. Cost is like $30 for the hood which is much better than the rip off carbon fiber hoods. :ermm:

ive seen 400's with maier z400 hoods on, almost looks like you dont have to cut off the lights too. I wonder how hard it is to put those on:huh

I dont think that the Carbon hoods are a rip off. I think they look sooooo much better than the smooth hoods. No flame but the smoothy hood makes it look odd and to rounded. I like this look a lot....
