the metal has a negative '-' charge on it, whereas the powder gets a posative '+' charge coming out of the gun. the powder sticks to the metal...then you put the metal in an oven where it bakes on there. VERY durrable.

Its more durable than paint and will last quite a while.

the begining of my tecate powdercoated much much better than paint
most of all ,.....have it done by a professional ...;) if you want it to be a quality peice

how much is it to powdercoat A-arms? I sent mine out and the guy said it will be $30 apiece..is that a set or for like EACH a-arm?

i paide 300 for my frame subframe foot pegs and like 3 more parts but that included sendin the parts out for sandblasting as well
