First MX race saterday!

well this saterday im going up to the cabin have a huge 4th party then try to get some sleep cuz i have to be at the track at 8 the next morning. the track is in iron river wisconsin.... im siked! speedy400 is also racing too for his first time. should be a good time and ill have some pics in a week or so. hopefully i can get my uncle who is a profesional photographer to take some sweet pics. the site for the track is www.irmxa.com and www.iraceatv.com i know alot from reading and ive been to an mx track like 3 times b4 and ive been riding my whole life so hopefully ill do good. any tips? any advice would be appricated!

well looks like no one cares...:ermm:

results.... me on my blaster: first race- took the holeshot against a modded 250r one 400ex and was right there until we hit the corner with a slightly modded 400ex. then in the middle of the second lap i tried to clear a double and my back end hit (really steep landings) and i flew off causing me to loose 2 places. i caught up to the one kid and passed him in the air over the finish line tabletop (got a pic that darren needs to post) then i almost caught up to the one kid on the 400ex but bearly came up short.
SECOND moto- i did ok in the holeshot but then i really kicked it in in the whoops section passing a 400ex and the 250r in the second lap and stayed there until the finish. the guy that took 1st was pretty fast so i didnt have a chance of catching him.

speedy400(darren):first race- his kill switch pulled out and he couldnt get it started for what seemed forever. he found the problem which was his ground wire for the battery but by then it was too late.
second race- he did pretty good but he still took last and pointed out later that he lost to the girl on the 250r who i beat... lol and he cleared the table like the pro's were cuz he was poed we got a pic of that too.

jaime (SP?) on his pred: first race- crashed 2 times and was pissed and just left. he didnt race again cuz he was hurting bad on his leg

we did some trail riding and stuff like that too... fun weekend

Cool. You were beating guys on 400ex's and 250r's on your blaster. Imagine what you could do on a faster machine.

just me thinking-no one exept the guy who won in mikes class doubled the rythm section or cleared the finishline table, in jamie's and my class everyone had to clear everything....I should have been with mike in his class and jamie should have been in my class. man that kid on the yz80 powered 250x frame was actually pretty good. i was riding next to him (after i crashed) and it freaked the heck out of me cuz i was expecting a 4 stroke sound. lol. and for that last pic of darren clearing the table.... thats big the 250 pro dirtbikers were bearly going that far!

haha, the ride home, he's gunna kill me for this,jamie's dad, he was a little bit tired from "refreshments" the night before, hes so awsome.-
