what whould u do if u sent a part o get fix and get some work done to it it u sent gust about 300 buck to get it fix and then tuned up ported and all that , but somthing happen to the head and he cant finish the work now do u think i should get all my part back and the money or do u think i have to pay him for doing work that i cant even use or should we split it lol

It depends on the details of the situation. Did he mess it up, or was it something he should have seen before he started?

it was the head to my 300ex and the intake valve was stuck so now after i sent him 280 buck's he needed another 80 to fix the valves but now he tell's me they cant be fixt he say we need to work it out but i think he should send all my stuff back and my money since he never finishted the job

so it was something he should have seen before he started. i think you should get all your stuff back. its was his fault to start the work and not be able to finish it.

Well, he should get a service fee for his time and labor. He should also send your parts back if you want them. You should not have given him that much up front. You two should have agreed on a ballpark price, and you give him half to start, the other half upon completion.
