You tape them together. This makes it so you can start in gear even with the clutch out.

I cut the wires off mine and sautered them together then taped them. It starts without the clutch in now in any gear.

Just wondering, why would you want to be able to start in any gear without the clutch? my starter has a hard enough time turning just the piston and crank over, but the tranny too?

i pull in the clutch when i start it. if you don't then your quad will start moving forward.

we don't want that to happen. Its the only option. If you didn't tape them together you would have to put it in neutral to start it every time you turned it off.

Yea, I hate that, and I dont have any ideas where the wires went from the stock perch, because I didnt put it on.

and 400MXer, I knew that you would pull in the clutch, but I was just wondering why it is such a big deal to be able to start in every gear without the clutch...:huh
