I have an eclipse amp *200watts* 2-channel, and i want too know how to get maximum power running 3 subs, what wire combinations? i have 2 jl audio 10's and a sony 10

so there is 4 terminals on the amp

Left- *+&-*
Right*+&-*

the subs all have 2 terminals also *+&-*

i want the 2 jl audio subs wired "paralell" if that makes sense.
and the sony too be "thrown in".....
please explain too me the format if possible....

THANKS FOR THE HELP !!

havnt done one like this before but i think this will work, not sure if this iis how u want it or not: kinda messy but you get the idea. just splice one of the wires

it will work but your not going to get the maximum performance out of the subs. why would you want that much bass? isnt 2 subs enough? i have a 400watt amp pushing 1 12" sub and it sounds great.

it depends on what impedence, ohms, your subs are and if your amp is bridgable. I would just use the 2 jl's and not the sony. The specs are going to be completly different between the two different brands.

well to tell you tha truth, you won't being hittin that hard at all 200watts to 3 10s,thanks crazy, all my friends that have just to tens are pushin them with 600watts,so if you want to hitt with 3 10s i'd get a 800 watt amp. i got 2 12s with a 800 watts amp,and i'm not braggin or anything but everyone says i'm wanging,so first just hook up the 200 to one 10 and see how it hitts then hook up the other 2 and i bet you hit harder with 200 hooked up to that one then all 3

id say on top of the box would work best.

thanks guys, i've never delt with 3 subs before *just 2* so... i know what your saying about the "potential" but i am just going to sell all the subs the box, both amps i have, and buy two kicker solo barric L7 12 inch squares in a sealed box, with a 600 watt kicker amp.... *LOUD* well at least in a 5 cubic foot box it is.....
