440 Race Kit for the 400EX

I'm putting a kit together for resale and wanted to know what you guys thought about these parts.....

Mod Quad 440 Race Kit (proposed)

1) 440 piston (11.5:1) and head gasket
2) Cams - .350" intake lift, .345" exhaust lift
3) Valve Springs (heavy duty with titanium retainers)
4) Hard Faced Rockers (set)
5) Stainless Steel Valves 1mm OS Intake, (each)
6) Carburetor - 39mm Keihim Kit
7) Clutch Springs- Heavy Duty
8) Exhaust - Yoshimura Pro Complete System (Titanium)

Brian sells this stuff on ModQuadRacing.com (http://www.modquadracing.com) . He can work any deal you need, with our without the pipe. I get all my items from him. Just ask for a deal and he'll make it!

Is that too much? I do believe that is the retail price. He pretty much starts with retail, except on the kits, and then for serious folks, he'll make a deal over the phone. At least, that how he does it for me. I can't remember what I paid for my filter but I do pay $55 for the stock replacement on my bomber, slightly less for the direct mount (cuz its a smaller filter), so it sounds about right to me.
