shortening my silencer ?

i have a srarks x-4 and i want to shorten it, i want to know if it is worth cutting it down and where i would get more power in the powerband

i just choped my mega trash i mean mega max. Its 5 inches shorter and i did feel a slight decrease in top end but i REALLY felt it in the woods. I was never used to hiting the gas int he woods and only going stright cuz the front end lifts right up lol. I like it and it sounds nasty. But why chop your pipe?, its already the best pipe out ere IMO and its LOUD LOUD LOUD

i shortened my silencer 4 inches today i only went for a quick ride but the bottom end power gain was great but it is alot louder now
