shock absorbing steering stem

has anybody else heard of this? I remember reading about it in dirtwheels but that was like 56 issues back. Does ANYbody have any info. about it?

I was thinking he was talking about the wristwrester too. Those thinks look pretty cool, but I think that they might be a little overpriced for the little bit of travel that they have. I haven't ridden with one though.
