Hey, can someone please tell me what an ATV Rodeo is? I found that they have those nearby and I wanna know what it is. I might enter if I like it. Also, pics would be nice too, if ya' have them.

Fast250 - do you live down around Bearcreek? I'm sure that's where you're probably talking about them having them.

Thats where I was talking about. I live just outside of Leitchfield, maybe 6 minutes from town. Bearcreek does truck pulls and my uncle has been there so I know well where it is. The fact that they have ATV drags and rodeo's sounds good to me, if I just knew what a rodeo was?

I believe the ones they do there are similar to barrel racing with horses.

I wish! I am good at those! I do most of the stuff you do Nausty, except for the one where you rest on your nuts. My favorite is the bumper grab while resting my right foot on the left footpeg and left foot on the grab bar.

I am a little out of practice probably. No one around here is any good at wheelies so it sorta sucks doing it alone. I think my local MX track may have stuff like that every now and then in the field beside the pits. I am so going next time.:D

The rodeo I have been at have a few events. One is a barrel event where you are timed going around barrels like horse riders do. Another event that we saw was a pole run where you go between poles and again that is timed. The rodeo also had a mud run, drag races and even an obstacle course as well.

I always thought that the ATV Rodeo was pinning it in 5th gear through the whoops...

Nevermind, either description doesn't sound like something my narrow, short-wheelbase machine would handle very well.

Thanks.
