Can you take rings off of a high compression piston and put them on a stock piston.

im not positive but I think if they are the same mm it will work, never tried it

i wouldn't try it because chances are you're going from a stock piston to a wiseco or other after market piston. Rings are very inexpensive. I believe under $15 for a complete set. Rocky Mtn. ATV carries a full line of wiseco parts so you could check their web site. Also, you should just replace the rings any time the engine is opened up.
