black stuff around my head

at the top of the head on my kx the bolts that hold it on, there is i guess oil comin out after i run a lil while, and it isnst just a lil bit its alot i ust noticed it, anyone know wat it is, it is not comin out of the gasket, it is lik comin out the bolts anyone heard of this

My guess is that is is unburnt two-stroke oil.

ya it seems to be oil, but it shouldnt be there, how can i fix it

try putting some anti-seeze around the bolt to keep the oil from flowing out, but not to much cause you don't want it in your cylinder, also, are you sure it isn't coming out of the spark plug hole? i had a leaf blower do that once and i just took out the plug, cleaned it up and put it back in and tightened it a little more and no more leak

im 99% sure it aint from the plug cuase it was doin it before, and then i put a new plug in and its doin it still, i am goin to tighten the head bolts a lil and try some of that anti seize, maybe i didnt tighten them good when i had it apart last time

well i wrenched down a lil more on the head bolts, and i noticed that the plug looked a lil loose, so i tightned it a whole turn, and then i cleaned the whole engin off, but i havednt had time to ride so ill tell ya when i do

all 2 strokes do that. it may be the gasket... is the oil coming out between the flange and the cylinder, or the exhuast pipe and the flange? throw some hi-temp sealer on that mofo, itll cure it right up

no it aint commin out the exhuast, i just replaced them gaskets, im goin to ride a lil tommrow, ill tell ya how it works

man i finnaly got to ride today, and i rode in my yard for like 10 min, then the cops show up at my house and sayd someon called and said i was goin over 60 down the road, and i said thats total bullsh#$ but anyways, there is no more black stuff,:D
