200x wont start low compression

i have a ??? atc 200x an dit ownt start help me out and try to give me some ideas why it womt start.

well, there are several different things to check. First and foremost, is it getting spark? pull the plug, hook it up to the coil wire, ground the plug to a bolt and crank the motor over. Look for a spark. If no spark, try a new plug. If still ne spark, look inspect your electrical system.

If you get spark, next thing to check is fuel. be sure the line going to the carb is clear. Crank throttle wide open and kick it over a couple times. Pull the plug. is it soaked in gas? if not pull your carb apart and clean it completely.

If spark and fuel, buy/borrow a compression guage. Pull the plug, plug in quage and kick it over and get a comp. reading. should be well over 100 psi. !

if u can turn it over with ur hand and it wont even try to start ur timing maybe the problem
