Need help wit 250ex ac nerfs

k me and a friend r trying to install a set of AC nerf bars on his 250ex and it seems like these nerfs werent even made for it!

this pic is the space between the peg and the nerf while the frame mount is lined up....

heres where the nerfs attach to the frame right? where is the spacer suppose to go?

heres his peg, there r 2 holes on the nerf so are we suppose make holes in his pegs?

and here are all the bolts, nuts, spacers, and instructions we got........

i have the same ones on my sons bike and they were a little bit of a pain in the *** also. you do have to drill a hole and get a couple more spacers of some sort. other than that he likes them. they stick out a little bit. good luck.

and get the graydons, ac nerfs for a 250ex suck! the piece of aluminum the mounts to the frame is such soft metal you can bend it with very little effort. plus you gotta buy additional u-bolts for the front.
